Who operates this site

Information used when you browse

This release has no account registration, payment checkout, newsletter signup, visitor uploads or public comments. Goal selections, search terms, reflection answers and saved film titles are held in your browser’s working memory. They are not submitted to the operator or to the tools used to make the films, and are cleared when this page is refreshed or closed.

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site and its media. When your browser requests a page, font, image or video, hosting and security systems process request information such as IP address, browser information, requested resource and time of access. This supports delivery, troubleshooting and protection against abuse. The operator has not enabled a separate visitor analytics service or a separate application database of browsing activity.

Cookies and local storage

The application does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use local storage to keep your selections. Hosting security features may use strictly necessary cookies when required to provide or protect access. Fonts and videos are served with the site; viewing them does not require a request to Google Fonts, Kling or Higgsfield.

If you contact us

If you send an email, the operator receives the information you choose to include, your email address and normal message metadata. It is used to respond, handle a reported problem and keep necessary correspondence. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or other sensitive material. Providing a reply address is your choice when deciding whether to contact us.

Purposes and legal bases

Technical request information is processed to provide and secure the website. Where a legal basis is required, this is the legitimate interest in operating a safe, working educational site. Correspondence is processed to address your request and maintain necessary records. We do not sell personal information, build advertising profiles or make automated decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.

Who may receive information

Cloudflare provides hosting, delivery and security services. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards correspondence to the operator’s Gmail inbox when you choose to contact the operator. Cloudflare and Google process that correspondence under their applicable service and privacy terms. They may process data in countries other than yours under their applicable privacy terms and transfer safeguards. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy. How long information is kept

In-page choices remain only in the current page’s memory. The operator does not copy them into visitor records. Hosting request data is handled under the provider’s applicable service and security retention arrangements; the operator does not maintain an additional visitor-log database. Correspondence is retained for resolving the matter, necessary follow-up and applicable legal requirements, then deleted when no longer needed. You can ask the operator about or request deletion of correspondence.

Your choices and rights

You can remove a saved idea with its Save control, or clear all in-page choices by refreshing or closing the page. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal information held about you, or object to certain uses. Contact hello@self-improvement.com. Requests will be handled under the law that applies to them. You may complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children and changes

The site offers general educational material and does not ask children to create accounts or provide personal details. If a child has sent personal information in correspondence, a parent or guardian can contact the operator about deletion. This policy will be updated before introducing materially different data uses, such as accounts, analytics or subscriptions.
